Community Participation Assistant
Help participants build confidence and life skills through safe, engaging, and inclusive community activities.
Experience: Entry level with relevant training
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants during community outings, workshops, and skill-building sessions.
- Promote inclusion, safety, and positive social interaction in group settings.
- Assist with transport planning and punctual attendance for activities.
- Share participant progress updates with the wider care team.
What We Are Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying) preferred
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Availability for weekday and occasional weekend shifts
